HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED?

We aim to dispatch orders within the very same day as long as your order is placed before 3pm(UK Time). Should your order be placed after 4pm, we will dispatch your order the very next morning!

ARE ALL ORDERS TRACKED?​

All bikes we dispatch are tracked and fully insured during transit.

Deliveries require one form of ID and a signature upon handover, this can be a trusted family member or friend.

Our chosen courier for all UK deliveries within the UK will be DPD LOCAL

DO YOU SELL USED BIKES?​

We do not sell used, part or refurbished goods on our site nor do we buy unwanted bikes as well as part exchange.

DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?​

No, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.​

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS FAULTY?​

Should you receive a faulty item, we will always do our best to get this sorted out quickly.

We will arrange a collection for your item and send you out a replacement within 48hrs or a full refund will be issued.
